TUFCAP Warranty Policy

At TUFCAP, we stand behind the quality of our products. This warranty applies exclusively to TUFCAP-branded products and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage

Lifetime Limited Warranty

The main aluminum body structure of your TUFCAP is covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner.

3-Year Limited Warranty

The following components are covered for 3 years from the original date of purchase:

  • Hinges
  • Lights
  • Gas shocks (struts)
  • Rubber seals and weather stripping
  • Locks and latches
  • Other factory-installed hardware

1-Year Limited Warranty

The powder-coated finish and paint are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects such as premature peeling or coating failure under normal use.

Glass/Polycarbonate

Glass and polycarbonate components are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty:

  • Applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only.
  • Does not cover damage resulting from: Accidents or collisions, Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance, Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs, Overloading or use beyond the product's intended purpose, Normal wear and tear, Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function, Damage caused by environmental conditions, chemicals, or acts of nature

Third-Party Products

This warranty applies only to TUFCAP-branded products. Accessories or products manufactured by third-party brands are covered solely by their respective manufacturers' warranty policies.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, please complete and submit our Warranty Claim Form. Proof of purchase and photos of the claimed defect may be required. TUFCAP reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

If a warranty claim is approved, TUFCAP will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part with the same or an equivalent product.
